Shipping policy

We deliver our products within the UAE using LDS. Typically it takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

Internationally we use DHL Express for our deliveries. Typically they takes 2-7 business days for delivery worldwide.

We dispatch Internationally once a week, on Mondays. We dispatch locally within the UAE three times a week, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Except during busy seasons upon which we dispatch locally daily.

If you have ordered fresh Henna or Jagua cones we highly recommend that you put them in the freezer as soon as they arrive.
